Do you want to experience Reiki & know more about it? Are you a Reiki practitioner seeking a community to practice together? Are you in need of an energetic recharge? Or are you simply looking for a moment of pure relaxation & deep listening?
Reiki Sharing evenings are a time of practicing, sharing, releasing & recharging. They offer you the opportunity to ask questions concerning Reiki or your Reiki practice (if you are a practitioner already). They are a moment of community where to share your current moods & deeply listen to the experiences of fellow practitioners in the room. You also have the chance to practice & explore the various Reiki treatments of 1st & 2nd Level on each other.
Open to everyone (whether you have been initiated to Reiki or not).
Please REGISTER HERE or call 079 477 14 22.
Programme: Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month.
* Group sharing exchange & Q&A time
* Reiki exchange on each other (30min each). If you are not initiated in Reiki you will receive Reiki from one of the Reiki Teachers
* Sending Reiki to our family members, friends & Planet Earth
* Tea & relax together
Description: The evening starts with a sharing about your day &/or any topic you wish to address during the treatment. This is also a moment to ask any questions concerning your Reiki practice. We then move into the practical treatments, working for 2*30min on each other. We reconvene together to send Reiki in space & time. To close the evening, for the ones who wish so, we share quietly a tea together.
What is Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese discipline aimed to harmonise body, mind & spirit. It leads to a profound state of relaxation. In our view this is one of the most effective & simple ways we can achieve comprehensive well-being. Reiki is also used alongside conventional medicine to help patients overcome pain & trauma from surgical operations, or side-effects of chemotherapy.
How we work: During a treatment, you’ll be lying down on a massage table or floor mat in comfortable clothes. The practitioner will put her hands on (or just above) your body but without the pressure applied generally for a massage. This allows the energy to flow freely.
What we offer: We offer different Reiki treatments based on the specific needs of the person. Reiki may be done in person or also sent in space & time. We generally advise to do a sequence of few sessions to properly experience the benefits of Reiki.

Disclaimer: Reiki is an oriental discipline whose goal is the harmonisation of body, heart & mind with the spiritual dimension. It is “based on the hypothesis that the human being can become, through different levels of activation, a channel of transmission of cosmic energy” (Zingarelli). Reiki courses & treatments are aimed at healthy, autonomous & responsible people. The term “healing”, when used, should be understood in the sense of “achieving a state of love for oneself & for others, internal harmony, awareness & self-realisation”. The professional who holds the Reiki seminar & the treatments is a Reiki Teacher. She does not make use of psychological instruments. The service provided is not of a medical-sanitary nature, therefore it is not intended to replace medical services but rather to work alongside them.
