Family and systemic constellations are a powerful tool to investigate our subconscious, hidden loyalties and memories we carry with us more or less unaware.

During the constellation you may decide to work on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual symptom, loose entanglements in your family and relationships, at work, or give an energy boost to your project. The constellation releases blockages to bring fresh, inspiring energy, harmony and understanding within the family, relational and work system.

A session generally lasts 90 minutes and includes the client, a facilitator and the help of 1-2 representatives.

Prerequisites: an open mind. To prepare for this session, you need as much information as possible on dates, places and events in your family tree. SPARK can provide a preparatory questionnaire to help you with that.

Registration: Please register here. For any questions you may have contact Serena, +41 79 477 14 22.

Location: SPARK, Schreberweg 8, 8044 Zurich.

Language: English, Deutsch, Français, Italiano or Español.

Price: CHF 190.- for 90 min with 1 facilitator & 2 representatives

Description: The consultation begins with a private conversation, in which you describe the question or issue on which to work on. The question can be of personal nature around a symptom, an illness or a work or economic situation, or about the relationship with a partner, a child or a family member.

During this conversation, which lasts about 20 min, the facilitator draws a basic family tree, taking note of the names and dates of birth of parents, siblings, grandparents, uncles, and inquiring about any abortions and early or violent deaths in order to reconstruct the family structure as accurately as possible. Once this is done, the representatives are called in and asked to take the place of the various elements of the system that are being investigated. Whenever entanglements and blockages surface, these will be highlighted and resolved to recover the system’s balance.

This work is a unique view into the family dynamics and can inform not only what we struggle with, but also what gives us strength and resiliency.
