Description: The Ayurvedic massage (Abyangham massage and specific massage sessions) is meant to loosen muscle tensions, favour a peaceful mind and freedom from stress, anxiety and insomnia. It balances your inner forces (the dosha), Pitta, Kapha and Vatta to stimulate the metabolism and the immune system, help eliminating toxins, purify the blood, as well as the nervous and lymphatic systems. The specific massage sessions, available for massages of 90 min help to balance the energies in the body, release mental stress and insomnia, and remove anxiety.
An Ayurvedic massage takes place on a traditional massage table. Depending on the type of massage, various Ayurvedic oils may be applied to the body.

Reiki is a Japanese discipline aimed to harmonise body, mind and spirit and lead to a profound state of relaxation. It can be used to re-equilibrate the energy flow in your body, to relax or to release and integrate emotions. Depending on the specific needs, reiki can be done on the chakras, or on the body organs or specific areas of the body.
During a Reiki treatment, you will be lying down on a floor mat (or on a massage table) in comfortable clothes. Reiki differentiates itself from other type of massages, in that the practitioner will put her hands on your body but without the pressure applied generally for a massage. This is done in order to allow the energy to freely flow.
