Description: AcroYoga combines yoga and acrobatics. But don’t worry you don’t need to be a professional acrobat in order to explore this technique. AcroYoga is playfulness with balancing and body strengthening. The fun as well as physical and mental health benefits you get from it are wonderful.

Salvatore Daniele is a slackline sponsored athlete and the co-founder and president of the ‘Zürcher Slackline Association’ as well as the co-founder and responsible of the education department of the Swiss National Slackline Federation.

As a yoga teacher he developed his own technique and encourages the combination of the practice of extreme sports with meditation. It establishes the balance between playing and staying. In both activities the ultimate goal is to live here and now, to play here and now, to stay here and now.

In the past Salvatore has studied engineering and worked as a scientist for 10 years. He has always been interested in understanding the human beings, their behavior, their nature etc. Because of that, he privately studied psychology and meditation. He is a student of the Indo-Tibetan ‘Pointing Out’ meditation style.
