Description: The Ayurvedic massage (Abyangham massage and specific massage sessions) is meant to loosen muscle tensions, favour a peaceful mind and freedom from stress, anxiety and insomnia. It balances your inner forces (the dosha), Pitta, Kapha and Vatta to stimulate the metabolism and the immune system, help eliminating toxins, purify the blood, as well as the nervous and lymphatic systems. The specific massage sessions, available for massages of 90 min help to balance the energies in the body, release mental stress and insomnia, and remove anxiety.
An Ayurvedic massage takes place on a traditional massage table. Depending on the type of massage, various Ayurvedic oils may be applied to the body.

Reiki is a Japanese discipline aimed to harmonise body, mind and spirit and lead to a profound state of relaxation. For this event, Reiki is proposed as a specific treatment to balance and facilitate the integration of the Thai – Yoga or Ayurvedic massage by focusing on the energy of your chakras.
During a Reiki treatment, you will be lying down on a floor mat (or on a massage table if lying on the floor is challenging). Reiki differentiates itself from other type of massages, in that the practitioner will put her hands on your body but without the pressure applied generally for a massage. This is done in order to allow the energy to freely flow.

It is a discipline in which the masseur, being in a state of deep conscience, welcomes the participant and leads him/her to an intimate encounter with his/her inner Self. During this “sacred dance”, the latter regains his/her natural state of relaxation, well-being, and becomes aware of his/her tensions as well as their causes.
The massage is done on the ground, on a futon, the participant being comfortably dressed. The time recommended for this massage is 90 min.
