This class is open to all levels. No previous yoga knowledge required.
This class is for you if:

- you seek a moment to yourself, where you can move your body, calm your mind and nourish your spirit
- you are feeling stiff and tense and want to give your body a relieving rest with some juicy moves and relaxing breathes
How we work
During a Yoga class you will stretch and strengthen your body, mind and spirit through a series of Asanas. They may be standing, reclining, inverted, twisting or balancing poses. By focusing on remaining in a specific Asana, you will have the chance to completely take your mind off everyday life and give it a well-deserved rest. After a Yoga session you’ll feel grounded, connected and ready to rock your week.
What we offer
Weekly classes and private sessions tailored to your individual needs. Both can take place in person and also online. Equipment is provided, just bring your yoga clothes and a towel (if needed).
Ariane is a certified Yoga Teacher (500HRS). Her practice has been inspired by the teachings of Jehangir Palkhivala (in Mumbai), Barbra Noh (in Munich), Silvia Ubieta (in Brussels), Ezgi Fisher (in Zurich) and many internationally recognised teachers she has trained with. Inspirations and affiliations are with Anusara School of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow.
