Yoga has many dimensions. We aim to serve each individual in their unique growth by offering various gateways within the path of Yoga. We focus on the alignment that best serves your body & beyond. Practicing Yoga stimulates your mind to focus & balances you emotionally. Various breathing techniques ease the spirit.
How we work: During a Yoga class you will stretch & strengthen your body, mind & soul through a series of Asanas. They may be standing, reclining, inverted, twisting or balancing poses. By focusing on remaining in a specific Asana, you will have the chance to completely take your mind off everyday life & give it a well-deserved rest. After a Yoga session you’ll feel grounded, connected & ready to rock your week.
What we do: Our practice is based on the teachings of STAMBHA Yoga school. Inspirations & affiliations are with Anusara School of Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Flow.
We offer weekly group classes & we can tailor private sessions to your individual needs, also online via video streaming. All materials are provided, just bring your yoga clothes & a towel (if needed).
